Kerry to concede
CNN is reporting that John Kerry has called President George Bush to congratulate him on his election victory.
Kerry will officially concede in a speech at 1 o'clock Eastern Time this afternoon.
Update (11:25am): Mr. Bush to speak at 3:00pm.
