Another Liberal seeks to remove Gomery
Former Public Works Minister Alfonso Gagliano is joining Jean Chrétien in his legal action to have Justice John Gomery as the head of the inquiry into AdScam.
Mr. Gagliano, who is one of the people at the centre of the scandal, filed the necessary papers with Federal Court asking to join the the former PM's motion.

Pierre Fournier, lawyer for the former public works minister, said Thursday his client filed papers in Federal Court asking to join Chretien's motion.

Well, I've maintained this was the plot all along....stall for time using the "wait for Gomery" ploy...meanwhile torpedo him and the inquiry's credibility.....want to bet Martin won't call an election within 60 days of Gomery's tabled summary?...That's because Gomery will go down this summer in a liberal attack from the fedral courts.
Gawd these liberals are ooze crawling invertibrates!
